Winter is fast approaching here in Costa Rica. This may seem backwards...winter, you ask?? What the heck?? But winter weather here begins in late April and goes through December. This means rain most afternoons and sometimes all day (though days of rain are more common in October). Today there was quite a downpour around 12pm, and the weather is much cooler now. I almost wish I had brought a jacket! I am glad I have a raincoat and sweatshirt for the upcoming colder and wetter days. And rain boots!!!!!!! (thanks Mom : )
